Mumbai. London. Pune. Abu Dhabi.
Four cities in fourteen years. Each one taught me something I couldn't have learned from the previous one.
Mumbai (2009-2013)
- where I learned my foundations of digital
An MBA at Symbiosis, then Best Practices LLC - online marketing, benchmarking, the first corporate blog. A 120% lift on web optimisation and email CTR from 2% to 4.5%. Experimentation, before I had a word for it.
London (2013-2017)
- where I learned to ship at scale
Barclays, then NatWest - two banks, ~10M customers. I ran digital acquisition for mobile banking and Pingit (5M active users, 1→3M downloads), launched Adobe Target in six weeks, and shipped 20+ journey optimisations. Banking taught me to build the measurement system first.
Pune (2018-2024)
- where I learned to build, and to let go
Back home to build. I founded Phulari, a D2C platform for Indian artisans - 28 suppliers, 7-figure revenue, #1 SEO, one profitable exit. Then eClerx as Lead Consultant in Data Science, where my frameworks drove 36× projected ROI. Founding taught me to ship imperfect.
Abu Dhabi (2024-now)
- where I'm learning to accelerate growth and revenue
Still at eClerx - managing global clients and building a 7-figure ARR website-as-a-service practice, partnering on AI solutions. In parallel, I finished Oxford's PG Diploma: learning to commercialise AI properly, not just deploy it.
How I work.
Evidence over opinion
Let the data settle the debate.
Ship to learn
Small bets, fast loops, compounding wins.
Build with empathy
Start from the person, not the funnel.
